about: The Bear Lake was built from over 2 years of experiments. The idea was to create music that doesn't sound like so much like songs as it does a meandering journey, rooted less in traditional form than in impulse and atmosphere. The result is a seamless collection of slow-moving spontaneous-sounding pieces, organic and umfamiliar. It is intended to be experienced from beginning to end.
